SHIPPING POLICY

Each product has different requirements for packaging so each product is prepared for shipping differently. This means all orders will have different process times.

 Please see the comments for each individual item on our website for that product’s processing time.

 Shipping and processing times are recorded as business days only and exclude well known and Federal holidays. 

Below are estimated transit times; please note that these estimates do not include our production time. 


Canadian Shipping Rates

Customers in Canada have free shipping. Because each product has different requirements for packaging, different delivery methods are used.  For Canada Post, XPressPost 3 day delivery or Expedited Parcel 3 day delivery are used. 

UPS ground will also be used when packaging requirements change the delivery time. 

PLEASE NOTE  we are unable to ship to customers in the USA at this time . 

PLEASE NOTE that above transit times are estimated only and we are unable to guarantee delivery by a particular date. Also note when products cross borders there is usually a delay of 2-3 days for packages transferring between carriers and passing through customs.

PLEASE NOTE  Because of time constraints and individual packaging requirements carriers reserve the right to transfer  packages to another carrier of their choice during shipment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to offer refunds for any carrier delays
  • We are unable to refund/reship packages that are still in transit; this includes packages that the courier has denoted “In Transit, Arriving Late”.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot forward packages to a different address.

  • Because we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt, we are unable to accommodate requests for address changes or order changes/cancellations.

    Please ensure that all information entered is correct, at the time your order is placed. 

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  • Items will be declared at full value. We are unable to mark items as a gift.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, your order will be restocked and refunded less the cost of shipping.

We are unable to reship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would like us to reship your order, please place a new order and be sure to double check the shipping address provided.
